Homeowners Association

We are a subdivision in northern West Bloomfield, Michigan. The first home was built in 1995. We are now a vibrant and stable community of original owners and new young families settling here. The homes are built in a serene natural setting, where trees and the wetlands have been preserved providing both beauty and privacy.

For Our Residents

Every home in our subdivision will have access to the Resident Portal, where you can view official documents, pay annual dues, vote on important issues and submit feedback.

Additionally, residents should trim street trees to 8 feet high, keep landscape beds weed free and bushes trimmed, and repair or replace broken and cracked driveways.
