Our goal is to create a safe and welcoming community for all residents. We want to ensure that our subdivision is well-maintained and that our residents have everything they need to enjoy a comfortable and fulfilling life.
Welcome to the Woodlands of West Bloomfield subdivision! We are a community of 165 homeowners living in 165 homes. We are located in the beautiful West Bloomfield Township in Oakland County, Michigan, and we are close to Gretchko Elementary, Marshbank Park, The Gateway Center and the West Bloomfield Woods Nature Preserve.
We are committed to creating a safe and welcoming community for all residents. We oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the common areas in our subdivision, including the roads, common areas, landscaping, and amenities. We also work with the HOA board to develop and implement new policies and procedures, and to resolve any concerns that arise among residents.
Woodlands of West Bloomfield is a diverse community of long-term and new homeowners from different cultures, which makes Woodlands a special place to live. Residents of Woodlands are proud of their community, and are committed to making it a great place to live for everyone.
In 1994, Pulte Homes began developing a new community in northern West Bloomfield. The Woodlands of West Bloomfield was designed to be a place where families could come together to enjoy nature, build community, and raise their children. The community is surrounded by thousands of trees and a variety of wildlife. Residents enjoy walking, biking, and playing in the many parks and trails that surround the community.
The Woodlands of West Bloomfield HOA is committed to maintaining the roads and common areas, and creating a welcoming environment for all residents.
